This notice covers the public marketing website at www.xorvin.io. It does not replace the data-processing terms agreed for a separate client implementation.
Information you choose to provide
If you use the Automation Audit form, the website prepares an email in your own mail application. The static site does not save that form data itself. You decide whether to send the email. If you do, Xorvin receives the information you include, such as your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, industry, and requested workflow.
How submitted information is used
Information you send to Xorvin may be used to respond to your request, assess fit for an automation audit, prepare a proposal, and continue a business conversation. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, health records, or other sensitive information through the audit form or email.
Website technology
The site is a static website. Its own code does not set analytics cookies or create an account. It loads the Inter font from Google Fonts; your browser may make a request to Google to retrieve that font. Hosting, network, and email providers may process technical information necessary to provide their services.
Data retention and requests
Keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a business record, or meet an applicable legal obligation. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent, contact [email protected].

This notice may be updated as the website or Xorvin's services evolve. The updated date above indicates the current version.
